Ostuni walking tour

The awe-inspiring sight of Ostuni is hard to beat thanks to its white-washed homes winding around the hill and its impressive Gothic cathedral at its highest point.

The city is perched on a hill of about 200 mt and its ancient village consists of alleys and streets that intertwine until you reach the highest part where the majestic Cathedral of Santa Maria dell’Assunzione is located.

The town is best known for its white, uniform buildings and its medieval layout with little passageways, narrow streets and steps. Reach the top of the hill, and you’ll discover astounding views across the Adriatic and surrounding countryside.
