Daily Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrival in Alberobello & Trulli Welcome

Arrive in Puglia and meet your private driver for transfer into the heart of the Valle d’Itria. Settle into a charming hotel or restored trullo accommodation near Alberobello.
In the afternoon, enjoy a relaxed guided walk through the Trulli districts, learning how these limestone dwellings were built and still lived in today. Welcome dinner at a local restaurant highlighting seasonal Puglian cuisine.

Day 2 – Open Farmhouses & Olive Oil Culture

Today is dedicated to one of Valle d’Itria’s most defining products: olive oil. Visit a working olive farm open to visitors, where the family shares generations of knowledge, from grove management to pressing methods.

Day 3 – Locorotondo & Seasonal Farm Experience

After breakfast, travel to Locorotondo, one of Italy’s most beautiful villages. Stroll flower-lined streets and enjoy free time for photography and coffee.
Continue into the countryside to your elegant agritourism or masseria, surrounded by vineyards, fields, or olive groves. In the afternoon, participate in a seasonal farm activity, such as bread baking, preserves, or garden harvesting, depending on the time of year. Dinner is served farm-to-table.
